Renewed Earth Systems Aqueous and Non-Aqueous

COMBINATION (Solid & Liquid)

HAZARDOUS WASTE

The Renewed Earth Systems patented process takes the liquid hazardous waste and pre-screens it to remove any large debris. The hazardous liquid material then enters a series of specialized separators to remove all particles including any suspended particles that are in the waste stream. The water is then purified to the level desired. This essentially clean water can be reused on site or sold as industrial water, process water, irrigation water, reservoir maintenance water, agricultural water or potable water based on local standards. The waste that was removed from the water is combined with a biomass material to form a non-leaching aka SAFE biomass mixture and can be remediated as a solid hazardous waste. This safe biomass mixture is mixed with other solid hazardous waste and is then gasified at extremely high temperatures rendering a non-hazardous ash. A beneficial by-product of the gasification process is a synthetic natural gas that can be combined with VOC's to run the generator powering the gasification unit. Any extra power that is produced and not used in the remediation process can be put onto the power grid producing Renewable Energy Certificates (REC’s) for use or sale where applicable. After gasification, the only solid material that remains is a type of non-hazardous fly ash that can be used in concrete and vitreous rock that can be used in road construction or dumped at the local municipal waste dump without further liability as it is no longer hazardous.
